Dr. Mahesh R Gowda is a Medical Director (MD) of Spandana Health Care (Nandini Layout, Bangalore) and Consultant Psychiatrist at Spandana Nursing Home (Rajajinagar, Bangalore).
With over a decade of experience in the field of Psychiatry, Dr. Mahesh Gowda specialises in General Adult Psychiatry, Rehabilitation and De-Addiction. He studied and trained in Psychiatry at the prestigious National Institute of Mental Health and Neurosciences (NIMHANS), Bangalore.

Spandana nursing home is located in the heart of the city in Rajajinagar, Bangalore.
It offers services for the people who are mentally ill. For effective management of mentally ill, it was later upgraded to MULTI SPECIALITY HOSPITAL with about 35 renowned specialists catering for various needs of the lower and middle class families.
Spandana nursing home is spread over 5 floors with Pharmacy, Laboratory, Casualty, ICU, Opeartion theatre, Out-patient block, 50 bedded in-patient block, Library, Auditorium and De-Addiction ward.
SPANDANA INSTITUTE OF MENTAL HEALTH & NEURO SCIENCES (SIMHANS)
SIMHANS is our second Rehabilation centre situated in 2 acres of lush green land in the city limits at Nayanda Halli.
It was established in the year 2004 with 50 Operational beds which have steadily grown to current strength of 150 beds. We have separate male and female wards and we take pride in catering to the needs of the elderly and terminally ill patients.
